QuickTabby is open source software licensed under the MIT License. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Screenshot Data Responsibility
Local Storage Only
QuickTabby stores tab screenshots (thumbnails) locally on your device. These screenshots are never transmitted to external servers.
User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:

Screenshot Content: Screenshots may capture sensitive information displayed in your tabs, including but not limited to:
- Personal information
- Financial data
- Private communications
- Passwords or credentials visible on screen
- Confidential business information

Device Security: You are solely responsible for:
- Securing your device and browser from unauthorized access
- Protecting your local data from other users of your device
- Managing who has physical or remote access to your computer

No Protection Guarantee: QuickTabby does not provide any encryption, password protection, or access control for stored screenshots. Anyone with access to your browser or device may be able to view this data.

Data Leak Risk: The developers of QuickTabby are not responsible for any data exposure resulting from:
- Unauthorized access to your device
- Shared computer usage
- Malware or security breaches on your system
- Browser extensions or software that may access stored data
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers of QuickTabby from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the software.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of QuickTabby after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
